Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the highly personalized and bespoke nature of Shoe Shobhan products, our policy is as follows:

Bespoke Commissions: All hand-painted orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Quality Assurance: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence for a resolution.

Shipping & Production Timelines

As our footwear is meticulously hand-painted by our founder and lead artist, Bhakti, production follows a dedicated schedule to ensure quality.

Production Lead Time: Please allow 7–8 business days for the artistic process to be completed before dispatch.
Shipping: Once production is finalized, orders are shipped via our premium courier partners. Tracking information will be provided via email/SMS.
Priority Orders: For time-sensitive requests, please contact us directly to discuss expedited production possibilities.

Every pair produced by Shoe Shobhan is a hand-painted work of art. To preserve the integrity and vibrancy of the design, please adhere to the following maintenance guidelines:

Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent to gently wipe the surface. Do not use abrasive brushes or harsh chemicals on the painted areas.
Washing: Strictly avoid machine washing or dry cleaning. Immersion in water may compromise the adhesive properties and finish of the artwork.
Storage: When not in wear, store your footwear in a cool, dry environment away from direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent UV-related fading.
Weather Resistance: Each pair is treated with a professional-grade sealant, providing basic resistance to dust and light moisture; however, use in extreme weather conditions is not recommended.
